All payments are final and non-refundable unless we fail to pass your challenges. In the event that our bot fails your challenge, you will receive an email from us giving you the option to either run another account free of charge, or we can stop the bot and refund you your payment.

We do not however refund or pay for your prop firm account.

Generally, most of our passing services will take a total of 4-6 weeks to complete. However, they may get passed faster.

KortanaFX Accounts generally pass within 24-48 hours after starting.

We strive to optimize and speed up this process as much as possible, but we will not do so if it puts your accounts at risk.

No.  As much as we would love that, nothing is ever guaranteed when it comes to trading, algorithms, and the forex markets in general.

Our bots follow a weekly algorithm and will either pass or fail dependant on the current market movements.
Please only purchase this service if you understand this and the risks involved with algorithmic trading bots.

As stated in the emails you receive upon purchase, our bots use weekly algorithms where they look for specific criteria before they place trades. There may be weeks where no trades are placed, and there may be weeks where trades are placed every day. 

If the bot hits our set weekly loss limits one week, all trading will be paused until the start of next weeks trading session. (Generally Sunday night / Monday morning)

Post funded trading is not something we currently offer but we may offer this in the future.

All existing customers will receive an email from us if/when a service like this becomes available.
